Child Care, Preschool, Summer Day Camps & More
LaFontaine Learning Community is a child-care ministry, serving infants through age 12.
Quality Care
We strongly believe every child should feel undeniably loved every day of their life. We also believe parents deserve peace of mind that their child is receiving the best care possible. As a Paths to Quality Level 1 program, we have been recognized by the state for our growing level of quality standards.
Intentional Education
We believe caregivers should be intentional in helping a child develop physically, mentally, and emotionally at every age. All of our classrooms utilize the research-based Pinnacle curriculum, which helps children learn while they are growing, playing, and having fun.
.
Faith Focused
As a Christian child care, we believe nurturing spiritual development is essential. We teach character building and spiritual formation through a Biblical perspective.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Can the days of the week vary for when my child attends?
We desire to provide the care schedule that makes sense for your family. At the time of enrollment you will establish which days of the week your child will attend. We will need to keep these days consistent through the entire school year. This will help ensure adequate staffing is available to care well for your child.
Is lunch provided?
Initially, we will ask that lunch be brought from home for all children. Once the program has been firmly established we have every intention to build in a food program, which would offer the option of purchasing lunch from the school. Snacks will be provided at no additional cost.
Is financial assistance available?
LaFontaine Learning Community is an eligible child care provider for the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF). This is a federal program that helps low-income families obtain child care. Families must apply and be accepted for CCDF. Tuition will be discounted at the amount covered by CCDF and the remaining balance will be the responsibility of the family to pay. LLC is a Paths to Quality Level 1 program which increases the amount of reimbursement our CCDF families receive from the state.
Additional scholarship opportunities are occasionally available as well. Please check with LLC administrators for current scholarship options.
What if I need an additional day of care?
Say your kiddo typically comes on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday… but you desperately need someone to watch them on a Friday. Have no fear! For an additional charge, and with enough advance notice, we will try to accommodate.
Can I view the school?
Yes! We would love to schedule a private tour for you. We’re available most weekdays between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Contact Us to arrange a viewing.
